Shipping and Delivery

We deliver within Egypt, and expansion to other Middle Eastern countries is planned in the future.

  • Orders within Cairo and nearby areas are typically delivered within 1–2 business days.
  • Delivery times for other regions may vary depending on location and courier availability.
  • Shipping fees and estimated delivery times will be displayed during checkout.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances or courier issues beyond our control.

Returns and Exchanges

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Returns or exchanges are accepted under the following conditions:

  • Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with tags attached.
  • Requests must be made within 14 days of receiving the order.
  • Certain items (such as personalized or hygiene-related products) may not be eligible for return.

Refund Policy

At ALBIS, we take great care to ensure product quality and customer satisfaction. However, please note that refunds are not available once an order has been shipped or delivered. All sales are considered final.

In the rare case that you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at support@albisfit.com, including clear photos and your order number.

If your claim is approved, we will either:

  • Issue a full refund to your original payment method, or
  • Provide a replacement item at no additional cost, depending on product availability.

Refunds (when applicable) will be processed within 7–10 business days after approval. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Site—including text, images, logos, graphics, videos, and product designs—is the property of ALBIS or its licensors and protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or use any content without our written permission.
